Description: New Pedestrian Bridge over U.S. Hwy 123 and construction of an 8’ shared-use path along Road S-271 (Berkeley Drive) and Frontage Road to Clemson Elementary School, including traffic control, grading, drainage, wall & erosion construction. This project aimed to improve safety for pedestrians and bicyclists along Berkeley Drive and improve access to the school from the South side of U.S. Hwy 123.
